You decide who sees what
Access is configured profile by profile: you choose what information each person on your team can reach. ROIvolution honours those restrictions without exception, including when the question comes from an agent.
Access is never widened
Nobody sees anything through the agent that they could not already see inside ROIvolution. What changes is how you ask, not what each person may look at.
Your information is not shared
Your data is used to answer your question and nothing else. It is not passed to third parties and it is not reused for any other purpose.

Which agents does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok, and any other MCP-compatible client: they all connect with the same URL. The Gemini app does not support custom connectors yet; as soon as it does, it will work the same way.
What information does it actually see?
The same you see in ROIvolution, and only the part your profile is allowed. Nothing that is out of your reach inside the application is within reach through the agent.
What do I need to get started?
Copy a URL and paste it into your agent settings; with Claude a single button does it. There is nothing to install. The first time it will ask you to sign in with your ROIvolution account, and from then on you can just ask.
How often is the information updated?
At the same pace as ROIvolution: sales and stock follow their usual load, and the engine suggestions are regenerated every day. There is no separate copy that could fall behind.
Where does the information come from?
From ROIvolution. They are the same figures you see in the application, produced by the same engine: the agent reads them, it does not recalculate them on its own. If a figure surprises you, ask it to explain where it comes from and what it filtered to get there.
Does it respect my permissions?
Yes. You identify yourself with your ROIvolution account and access is resolved against your own profile. The permissions you have configured apply just the same when the question comes from an agent.
